Afternoon City Tour + Uluwatu (B)
Visit the Garuda Wisnu monument then proceed to see the southern tip and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ancient temple a top of the cliff with the background of the mystical Indian Ocean. While enjoying the sunset see the famous Balinese monkey dance or famously called Kechak Dance.
Drive back to the hotel and can stop (as optional) at beautiful Jimbaran Bay for fresh seafood barbeque (on personal account).

Sanur – Ketapang
This morning we will drive to the western tip of the island. Over about three hours drive from Sanur (some stop will be made) we then arrive at Gilimanuk harbor which is located in the very western tip of Bali. We will cross the Bali straight by ferry to Ketapang in East Java.
Check in at the hotel for refreshing and rest before we continue the trip to Kawah Ijen or Ijen Crater. Make sure you have a good rest and be physically fit.

Early in the morning, our 4WD vehicle (jeep) will bring you to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the Island of Java with giant ferns, plants & big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel. Arrive at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 until 1.5 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady. Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulphate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like doom. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders. This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth. After enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting for escort you to back to the hotel.

NOTE:
If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to see blue fire at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave from the hotel around at 12:00pm (midnight) and there will be extra cost for mining worker who will lead us to see blue fire at Ijen Crater (you can pay him on the site).

KETAPANG – PEMUTERAN (B)
(11:30 – 14:00)
We leave Ketapang and cross by ferry to Gilimanuk harbour and then for about 40 minutes drive to Pemuteran passing through West Bali National Conservation.
After check in – the day is free and easy, so you may relax and enjoy the beautiful beach of Pemuteran.

SNORKELING AT MENJANGAN ISLAND – WEST BALI NATIONAL PARK
(08:00 – 14:00)
Leave directly by boat from the hotel’s beach.
Just off the northwest coast of Bali lies the tiny island Pulau Menjangan (Deer Island), an uninhabited island 8 km wide, surrounded by hectares of excellent coral reef. The island is situated in the protected marine reserve of the Bali Barat National Park and has very diverse eco biology. Most visitors rate this as the best snorkeling spot in Bali, and divers place it high on their list too. Menjangan National Park is famous destinations among snorkelers from all over the world. The beautiful corals of the island are not to be missed.

Pemuteran – Jatiluwih (B, D)
We leave Pemuteran the northern coast of Bali and drive to the center of Bali on the rim of Mt Batukaru. On the way we will stop at Munduk village for a coffee break while enjoying the stunning view of the twin lakes; Tamblingan and Buyan. And then as we drive down to the southern plains we will also stop at Bedugul a beautiful mountain resort with its lake and the small beautiful temple built on the lake dedicated to the goddess of the Lake Beratan. We will also have a chance to stop at the local fresh flowers and vegetables market  before we proceed cruising the beautiful country side road along the rim of Mt. Batukuru to a village called Jatiluwih where the stunning view of terraced rice fields is a waiting with the back ground of lush and green hills and tropical rain forest.
From Jatiluwih we drive to the neighboring village for our overnight at a local Balinese house. Depending of the time we arrived in the house – if we arrive in the afternoon the owner of the house will provide you a short orientation about the house and their village.

Village Life Activities (B,L,D)
In the morning the local host will take you to a short drive to a local market to buy vegetables, meat and spices for the ingredient of cooking for your lunch. After a strolling in the local market and you will be back to the compound and the local host will introduce you about the art of local Balinese cooking in traditional kitchen. A fabulous lesson in cooking such delicious meals; grind, mix and prepare the abundance herbs and spices which add the unique texture and flavor to the Balinese dishes. Your delicious lunch is ready to enjoy.
After a copy or tea you will have a short break before you trek to back yard of the compound and the rice fields. Here your local host will introduce you about the rice cultivation from flowing the field and how to plant the rice. We will also see an old holy gigantic tree before we proceed to the house compound.

Jatiluwih – Ubud (B)
After breakfast we check out and say good bye to our local host we will drive down to Tanah Lot – a small ancient temple built on a black lava rock about 200 meter off shore. Enjoy the picturesque view surrounding the temple with the back group of the Indian Ocean. We then drive to Ubud with a stop at another beautiful temple called Taman Ayun or the Royal Temple of Taman Ayun.

Mystical Ubud Evening Tour (B)
(14:00 – 21:00)


Pick up from the lobby of the hotel for the tour to Ubud – the artistic heart of Bali. First we walk around in the rainforest beneath the lush and green towering trees to enjoy the nature and the monkeys inhabit the rainforest. We visit mysterious Goa Gajah “Elephant Cave” dating back to the 11th century. Then we drive to Tegalalang village to see beautiful view of terraced rice fields before proceed to see spectacular sight of hundreds white heron arriving homes in Petulu Village. They nest on the trees along the road through the village, and make a spectacular sight as they fly in and commence squabbling over the prime perching places. We drive en-route back to Ubud center for dinner (not included) and then to see the beautiful classical Balinese performance at the Ubud Palace.

Ubud – Elephant Safari – Sidemen (B)
(08:30 – 17:00)
After breakfast we check out from the hotel and we drive to north of Ubud to Taro village to join the elephant safari tour and the attraction of talented elephant show.
After the elephant tour and the attraction we then drive to Kintamani to see the spectacular view of the huge ancient caldera of Mt. Batur with its lake shimmers like a blue sheet of a glass. We drive through beautiful countryside before we arrive at Sidemen Village for overnight.

Sidemen – Candidasa (B) (08:00 – 15:00)
After breakfast – enjoy the short trekking around the village and see the daily life of the local people in the village; farming and the process of making traditional fabric called “endek”. We will also visit Kertagosa “the ancient court of justice”, bat cave temple before we proceed to Candidasa.

East Bali Contryside Tour (B)
(08:30 – 17:00)
This morning we will explore the eastern part of Bali; first stops we made at The Royal Palace of Karangasem and then we drive into the centre of the town- Amlapura to visit the colorful local market presenting the daily life of this old city – for a bit of fun, lose yourself in side of Pasar “market” Amlapura. As the mostly tradition in Bali the shopkeepers tightly packed home as rise above the narrow shops. The eastern mostly selling ready-made flower offerings, the northern section of the market display t-shirts and pants, arrangement of under wear, sewing kits and flip plops. After that we drive to the beach ward at Ujung village to stop at the remnant of the first water castle built by the last king of Karangasem. Then you will amaze in the scenic drive along the eastern coast line of the island of Bali as it circles around on the slope of Mt. Seraya –the left side of the road you will see villages and countryside where they expect waters only from the rain and palm wines or some time have to go down to the beach for bathing while along the right side of the road you will see the dramatic view of the cost below with the back ground of the Indian Ocean. Up to Amed the fishing village now there are many of small bungalows and restaurants along the coast and we will stop at the fisherman village to see the traditional salt panning. We continue to drive through panoramic landscape where the condition is very in contradiction with the previous. Lush fertilise hills, rice fields and countryside up to Tirta Gangga – the holy water garden. En-route back to the hotel we drive through Budakeling village, Bebandem and Bungaya – beautiful countryside a wait along the way back.
(This trip is a wonderful photographic opportunity – a stop for lunch can be done at a restaurant on the way)
